Inpowered

Mark started WIP (Woman INpowered) in 2012 and focussed on educating people at corporate companies and schools on how to activate that THIRD choice – beyond flight or freeze – which is IMMOBILISING your attacker. In 2016, GRIP (Guy Responsibly INpowered) was born and INpowered was formed to house the various serivices Mark offers.

WIP is an extremely simple, easy to learn, yet devastatingly effective self INpowerment system that has been designed specifically for women to give them the mental and physical ability to make a Choice in a threatening situation.
